Golf Travel & Holidays in Asia & the Rest of the World
Golf is growing in Asia at a faster rate than anywhere else in the world, and with that comes more and more amazing locations to get your golf fix. It could be an add-on to a general holiday through the region, or a totally dedicated golf trip! Along with the beautiful beaches and its famous hospitality, Thailand has a great golf offering including Banyan or Black Mountain in Hua Hin, Royal Chiang Mai or Chiang Mai Highlands in the in the north, or the highly ranked Blue Canyon and Red Mountain near the holiday destination of Phuket.
China is home to the largest golfing complex in the world being Mission Hills with 12 courses designed by some of the games’ greatest names at their Shenzhen / Dongguan property, only a short trip out of Hong Kong, and a further 10 courses at their Haikou resort further south on Hainan Island.
From Hainan, it’s only a short trip across to Vietnam, a country fast making its name as a great golfing destination. There is the highly ranked Kings Island and Chi Linh Star around Hanoi in the north, Laguna Lang Co, Danang (Dunes) and Montgomerie Links along Vietnam’s Golf Coast, or the recently opened and already number 1 ranked and Greg Norman designed Bluffs Ho Tram, one of many great courses in the southern region.
And there are also many great options also available in Malaysia, Cambodia and Indonesia!
Ever dreamt of combining a safari in Africa, along with golf at great locations such as Leopard Creek, Sun City and Fancourt? And for the really game, why not take on the longest par 3 in the world at Legend Golf & Safari Resort which is only accessible by helicopter!
And as you head to Europe for your golf, food and wine tour through France, Italy & Spain, why not make the long haul easier to handle by stopping off for some shopping and golf in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi?
The golfing opportunities through the world are endless, and can be somewhat overwhelming, and while choosing where you want to go might be a tough decision, choosing to let us help organise your holiday for you should be the easiest decision you need to make.
